We are open for Ice Fishing from mid March - mid April (Ice conditions permitting).

Transportation is best by ATV or Snowmobile depending in conditions. 

Ice fishing on Cross Bay has been very productive over the past few years, with many Master Angler Fish being caught.

The main species caught are Northen Pike, Walleye, Tulibee, and Burbot (eelpout).

Nearby on Footprint lake you can fish for Rainbow Trout, Brook Trout, Tiger Trout as well as Brown Trout.

Ice thickness can be up to 50” with snow-cover so make sure to bring your extensions. 

Want to entertain yourself? Bring an underwater camera! Visibility ranges from 6-8 ft  - 15 feet depending on the location.
